Manish Maheshwari

Director of Portfolio Management Group

Manish Maheshwari is a Director and heads the Portfolio Management Group at Oxane Partners. He has over 16 years of commercial real estate servicing experience across several areas such as Financial & Covenant Analysis, Credit Review, Surveillance and Asset Management of CMBS and Agency and Life Insurance portfolios. Previously, Manish was with Berkadia where he was responsible for providing master and primary servicing on $220 billion of loan notional.

Manish holds a master’s degree in Professional Accounting and Business Management from University of Western Sydney and is certified CMS Level II by the Mortgage Bankers Association.
