Niharika Mathur is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Oxane Partners. Responsible for driving our people initiatives, Niharika brings over 15 years of diverse experience across the HR domain such as talent development, cultural transformation, and process re-engineering. Before joining Oxane, she spent 13 years at BlackRock, where she was deeply involved in various HR processes. She was instrumental in growing talent, designing, and implementing HR operating models, and scaling up the teams. As a Director, Human Resources, she was a pioneer in setting up new India offices for BlackRock and was a key member of the India leadership and Asia's HR leadership team. Niharika holds an MBA in HR from Netaji Subhash Institute, New Delhi, and is certified in Executive HR Development from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
