The client is a global private investment management firm with a core focus on real estate, managing more than $50 billion globally. They have a sizeable real estate debt portfolio across the UK and Europe, backed by all types of commercial real estate assets.
The Challenge
The client had multiple lending facilities where the borrower would regularly dispose of underlying properties and prepay the loans well before the full loan term.
