Oxane Partners, a leading solutions provider to real estate and alternative investments industry, today announced the appointment of Yousuf Attarwala to the newly created role of Head of Loan Servicing. Yousuf will be based out of Oxane’s London office.
The creation of the role underscores Oxane’s commitment and continued focus on expanding its offering for real estate investment firms and further strengthening the portfolio monitoring and loan servicing offering while growing the operations in Europe.
In his new role, Yousuf will be responsible for further building-up Oxane’s Loan Servicing business line, head the 15-member dedicated team, and ensure adoption of best practices in management of commercial real estate portfolios. He will also focus on institutionalizing the role of technology in Oxane’s offering.
Yousuf joins Oxane with over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry and a strong pan-European track record in origination, securitization, primary and special servicing. He brings with him deep institutional real estate expertise and has previously worked with CR Group, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, UBS, Deutsche Bank and Situs. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania, USA and has an MBA from INSEAD Business School.
